Students or student groups who intend to purchase activities, services, speakers, or entertainers that require a signed agreement/contract must consult with Student Affairs regarding the contract prior to making any commitments. Students are not authorized to sign contracts on behalf of the College or any of its student organizations. Contracts must be reviewed and signed by a college official. Finances must be secured prior to the signing of the contract.
