Lesa Smith is a registered nurse who has worked at Grinnell College for four years. Before coming to Grinnell, Lesa worked at Grinnell Regional Medical Center, first for ten years in internal medicine, then for two years as the chemotherapy/IV infusion center nurse. Lesa enjoys working with Grinnell students and providing them with high quality medical care. Lesa particularly values encouraging students’ growth in self-care and wellness and seeing them develop personally and socially. Flower gardening and traveling are Lesa’s spare time favorites.
