Each year, the Rosenfield Program provides stipends to about 12 students to pursue summer internships in the United States or abroad, focusing on issues of public affairs, international relations, and human rights.
Recent internships have allowed students to work in such places in the United States as Washington, D.C., New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Albany, Cleveland, Des Moines, St. Louis, Hartford, Kansas City, Seattle, Boston, Minneapolis, and Madison. Internships abroad have taken students to Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Turkey, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, South Africa, India, Nepal, and Pakistan.
If you are a current Grinnell student interested in applying for a Rosenfield Summer Internship Grant, please follow the guidelines and procedures devised by the Career Development Office. The application is normally due at the Career Development Office in March and is followed with an interview by the Rosenfield Committee.
