Addictions is a film about dealing with substance abuse and the emotional journey of attempting to live sober.

Joshua Lawrence was born and raised in New York City. After earning a BA in history from Kenyon College he worked for two and a half years as a councilor with troubled teens in Idaho. He currently works as a documentary filmmaker and film editor in New York. His recent credits include "The Mudge Boy" (an official Sundance selection).
