End of Year Concert and G-Tones Study Break
Our end of the year concert was a huge success. We raised a ton of money in honor of one of our members, Chris Hade, who was sadly diagnosed with cancer over spring break (don't worry, he's not dying!). All money raised was donated to a charity of Chris's choosing. On a lighter note, if you missed the Cancer Research Benefit concert, we'll be having a study break in Burling Library at 9pm on Wednesday, May 18. Hope to see you there!
Goodbye and Good Luck, Derrick
Another year, another G-Tones Alum. We will all be sad to see the departure of Derrick Mitchell, one of the founding members of the G-Tones. Derrick will be working in a lab at the University of Iowa next year, and hopes to eventually go to medical school. Best wishes, Derrick! Don't forget about your G-Tones brethren when you win American Idol and become rich and famous!
Spring concerts:
The G-Tones just had their first concert of the semester- a great event with the African Student Union to raise money for abandoned babies in Africa. Thanks to everyone who came! If you missed it, come to the Habitat for Humanity concert at 7:30pm on Friday, March 10. The G-Tones are one of many groups performing in this great event.

Spring is here, and the G-Tones are gearing up for a great semester. Stay tuned for concert info, as well as information on our next CD!
Winter and such
The winter concert was a success! We had a great turnout and got a sweet recording. Who knows, maybe some of the tracks will make it on the cd, and you can say "Hey, I was there!" In other news, the G-Tones will have nothing going on all winter break, but stay tuned for news when we get back in January.
CONCERT!!!
The G-Tones will be performing our winter concert on Sunday, December 11th at 2pm in Sebring Lewis. We will hopefully be recording this live performance and possibly putting some of it on our next CD, which you can now be a part of! Come check it out, there will be good music... and good fun!
Upcoming Concerts
The G-Tones have two upcoming concerts, one on Friday Dec. 2nd in the town of Grinnell, and our big winter concert on Sunday, Dec. 11th. Check back soon for more details regarding the time and place of the Dec. 11th concert!

Parent's Weekend Concert
Our concert with Con Brio and Vox, the other two Grinnell a cappella groups, was a massive success, drawing enough people to the Forum South lounge to probably violate numerous fire codes. Thanks for coming!
