Prospective Students

  • Please contact the Office of Admission or call 641-269-3600 if you are interested in a campus visit.
  • Students applying for first-year admission for fall 2022 are not required to submit an SAT and/or ACT test score.
  • In response to the financial hardship that many families are experiencing because of the pandemic, Grinnell College will eliminate student loans in financial aid packages and replace them with scholarships.

Health and Wellness Update: May 16, 2022

To accommodate the increased demand for PCR testing prior to international travel at the end of the semester, the courier schedule is 8 a.m. from Wednesday, May 18, through Sunday, May 22, and 10 a.m. from Monday, May 23, through Wednesday, May 25.

Health and Wellness Update: May 9, 2022

Cases on campus have begun to rise again and cases across Iowa and the nation are increasing as well. The protocols put in place under Modified Blue Activity Level have helped reduce exposures on campus but it is important to consider masking in off-campus settings.

Number of positive cases from 4/24- 5/1: 23. Total number of on-campus positive cases since Jan. 1, 2022: 285. Self-reported positive tests while away from Grinnell from Jan. 1, 2022: 81. Number of students in isolation or quarantine: 14.
