Storage

On-campus storage will be provided through C&K beginning Friday, March 13 in Main Quad. For students' convenience, trucks will be stationed at East campus (in the East St. cut-out near Kershaw) and North campus (next to Dibble in the Norris courtyard). South campus residents will need to bring their belongings down to Main Quad.

As a reminder, nothing is to be left in on-campus rooms when students depart campus. Trunk rooms in the residence halls are not available for storage at this time, and all items in the residence hall trunk rooms need to be removed by Monday, March 23 at noon. Residence hall trunk rooms will be open to retrieve items no later than March 12 by 8 a.m. Everything left in the trunk rooms after March 23 will be discarded. The only available on-campus storage is through C&K in Main Quad. If you plan to participate in off-campus study in Fall 2020, you may use this store option in Main Quad. If you end up requiring storage through the Fall 2020 term, we will make arrangements to continue to store your items until you return for the Spring 2021 at no additional charge.

C&K storage will be accepting cash only ($5-$12 per tote depending on the size of the tote), and totes and other packing supplies will be provided by Res Life at no charge starting March 12 at 9 a.m. in the lounge on the first floor of each residence hall building. Project and language houses will need to visit their nearest residence hall.

Available times for regular storage in Main Quad are as follows (To be clear: C&K staff will be in Main Quad as well as at the East St. and Norris Courtyard trucks to accept belongings):
• Friday, March 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Saturday, March 14 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sunday March 15 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Available time for larger items such as bikes, futons, & other oversized items. Items larger than a standard mini-fridge will not be permitted in Main Quad.
• Friday, March 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (the truck will be parked on East St. between James and Haines)
