Mindfulness is at a new time!

Wednesday morning sessions have been canceled.

We will now be offering sessions on Thursdays 4:15-4:45 in Student Health and Counseling Services.

That means you can visit SHACS Monday or Thursday afternoons to help reduce your stress and improve your focus.
