Rosenfield Program

The Rosenfield Program in partnership with the Office of the President and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is excited to announce a special event featuring Justice Alan Page, the first African American justice on the Minnesota Supreme Court and celebrated former NFL player. The event, scheduled for Friday, January 26, at 6 p.m., will take place at JRC 101 on the Grinnell College campus. 

The Rosenfield Program enriches campus life by sponsoring programming related to public affairs and is especially active in hosting speakers, funding student internships, and organizing study tours for students.

Four speakers with first-hand experience of the U.S. courts will participate in an event series at Grinnell College. In a symposium hosted Sept. 21 – Oct. 4, the speakers will share their insights on the current state of the courts system in the United States.

Experts will discuss “The Tyranny of Data” during a Sept. 9-12 symposium sponsored by the Rosenfield Program in Public Affairs, International Relations, and Human Rights.

Renee Scheltema, a Dutch documentary filmmaker and photographer, will lead a discussion about climate change after the screening of her latest documentary “Normal Is Over” at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 14, in Room 2022 of the Robert N. Noyce ’49 Science Center.
