Priscilla Jimenez Pazmino

Priscilla Jimenez-Pazmino is an Assistant Professor at Grinnell College. She received her bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) in Guayaquil-Ecuador. She also holds a M.Sc. and Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Illinois -Chicago (UIC), under the direction of Dr. Leilah Lyons at the Learning Technology Group - EVL Lab. Her research has focused on human-computer interaction in the context of technologies that support collaboration and learning in corporate environments and informal learning environments such as museums, science centers, and zoos. She is also interested in creating interactive data visualizations and data analysis to evaluate users' collaborative experiences. She follows a human-centered design approach to develop technological solutions.
