Ann Isgrig grew up in Marshalltown, Iowa – just 45 minutes from Grinnell! She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Central College in Pella, Iowa. In her free time, Ann enjoys photography, running, reading, and spending time with her family. Ann enjoys cooking as well, but doesn’t get as many opportunities to cook as she’d like.
For Ann, the best part of Grinnell College are the students she gets to work with. As a part of the Student Affairs and Academic Advising departments, Ann gets to work with a variety of students.
Ann reports to two individuals, the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and the Dean for Student Success and Academic Advising. Her main areas of responsibility include assisting with Grinnell Science Project (GSP), connecting students to tutoring, scheduling appointments with Student Affairs, and overall support for the two departments.
The Student Affairs suite is located on the third floor of the Joe Rosenfield ’25 Center and houses several of the departments in the division. For more information, stop in the office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or call 641-269-3702.
