GDS is an interdisciplinary concentration you can design to fit your interests in developing countries. Through an intense curriculum, including an internship or independent research in or concerning a developing country, you explore strategies for addressing global problems and development’s social and environmental implications.  GDS can prepare you for graduate school or careers in international business, journalism, and policy or hands-on work for organizations worldwide in areas including health, poverty reduction, and human rights.
