Students talk with faculty, other students, and visiting experts in the single-credit course, Environmental Challenges & Responses.

The course brings small groups of students and faculty together for substantive discussions of current environmental issues. Students meet every two weeks to hear an invited speaker present on a relevant topic. During intervening weeks, the students meet in small groups with two faculty members to discuss the previous week's seminar and related readings.

The content of the course varies throughout the semester and each time it is offered, and students can repeat the course three times for credit.
