Student Drivers Needed

About This Job

The student driver position is a very important position here at SHACS. You will be responsible for transporting students to and from their medical appointments as well as their local pharmacies. When not busy driving, you may be asked to complete other tasks as assigned to you. This position is an integral part of our department and we will depend on this person to be prompt and dependable at all times. The chosen applicant must be able to uphold confidentiality, be able to multitask, and have good communication skills.

Job Requirements

Must be age 19 by the start of employment according to Grinnell College protocol
Must have a valid US driver’s license that has been current for at least 2 years
Must have had NO moving violations in the past two years
Must be flexible to accommodate working hours and staffing needs
Must have positive judgment in dealing with peers
Must have a positive attitude toward SHACS and its goal to provide excellent care to our students
Must have good communication skills
Must maintain confidentiality at all times
