I've worked in financial aid for almost 25 years and at three different schools. Since 1996, I've been in Grinnell's Office of Student Financial Aid, where I do a little bit of everything! That said, I spend most of my time counseling families, reviewing applications to determine eligibility for aid, and reviewing special circumstances for adjustments to aid.
I grew up on a farm in Craig, Missouri and earned my B.S. at Truman State University and my MBA at William Woods University, also in Missouri. My husband Tim is the chief of police in Pleasant Hill, Iowa, and we have three sons: Zach, Zane & Zared (also a chocolate lab named Zoey!). Outside of the office, my life can be summed up with three letters (borrowed from a great coach): FFF - faith, family, & football (thanks to a house full of boys).
