Zach Cantrell '24

Zach is a Support Assistant in Grinnell College’s Office of Community Partnerships, Planning and Research. His focus is on assisting with planning and executing communication projects designed to support the Grinnell Education Partnership (GEP) and other community-based collective impact initiatives to bring the College’s campus and Grinnell’s community together. He will be producing blog posts for GEP’s website and highlighting the many collaborative projects and community engagement initiatives undertaken by the team, as well as crafting informational and presentational resources for the community and office to use in efforts to foster further collaboration. Prior to joining the team, Zach served as an AmeriCorps VISTA working on volunteer databases and outreach projects for Volunteer Iowa in Des Moines. His hobbies and interests include studying cultures, history, and languages, traveling abroad, and spending time with friends, loved ones, and his animal companions. Zach is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in English with a concentration in European Studies at Grinnell College.
