Center for Careers, Life, and Service

Empowering students and alumni to live, learn, and work with meaning and purpose

Whether you’re interested in identifying your strengths, launching your career, serving the community, or pursuing post-graduate study, Grinnell’s Center for Careers, Life, and Service (CLS) is here to help. You can meet with CLS staff to discuss career planning; identify service opportunities; find internships and job-shadows; apply for graduate school or post-graduate fellowships; and hone resumes, applications, and cover letters. The CLS also hosts workshops and on-campus recruiting events; offers a wide variety of in-office, online, and printed planning tools; and supports Grinnell alumni. The tabs at left describe our services more in-depth and tell you who in our center can best help you get started.
