Funds provide new books on diversity for middle school and high school students.

Writers at Grinnell enables students, faculty, and residents to interact with renowned authors.

Thisbe Nissen and her husband author Jay Baron Nicorvo will be at the Pioneer Bookshop on Tuesday, January 30.

Students can view samples of and place orders for Grinnell College graduation announcements and class rings at display in Rosenfield Center.

The bookshop will be closed Dec. 25–26. It will be open Monday, Dec. 27, through Saturday, Dec. 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be closed Jan. 1.

The Grinnell College Pioneer Bookshop will donate 10% of December sales to the Grinnell-Newburg Libraries.

Baker will read from his latest book, From a Distance. The storyteller might not be completely sane. What is real and what is not? You will have to decide.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6, with gifts, prizes, discounts, and refreshments.
