Chemistry Research Presented at ACS National Meeting

Continuing an annual tradition, chemistry and biological chemistry students and faculty from Grinnell College attended the American Chemical Society (ACS) National Meeting this spring. Eighteen students and three of their faculty mentors traveled to San Francisco to join nearly 19,000 other chemistry-focused folks. Our students participated in poster sessions and attended talks, career fairs, and other conference activities.

The Grinnell College group often meets up with alumni who are also at the conference. Faculty get to reconnect with past students and mentees, and current students get to network with alumni who have chosen careers in chemistry.
