Free STI Testing Clinic

SHAW will be hosting a free sexually transmitted infections (STI) testing clinic on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on the second floor lobby of the Rosenfield Center. This event is put on with the help of Primary Health Care​ in Marshalltown and the Student Government Association (SGA).

Participates will receive a cup of ice cream. This event will test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Only students who test positive will be contacted after about 2 weeks. Those students will then be given free treatment. 

Not sexually active? This is a good chance to practice peeing in a cup.
