HeinOnline holds a large collection of full-text legal and government publications both current and historical, covering United States Federal and State law, foreign and international law, legal classics, law journals, treaties, case law, and much more.
See their recent Vaccinations collection in the COVID-19: Pandemics Past and Present subcollection that consists of more than 250 titles. They have created six new subjects:

- Anthrax
- Vaccine Injury
- Smallpox
- Measles
To explore the new subcollection:
- Navigate to the COVID-19: Pandemics Past and Present database.
- Select the Vaccination subcollection tab
- Browse the available contents by Title, Author, Date, or Subject.
