Lever Press Pre-recorded Webinar
On November 1, 2017 at 4:15 p.m., the Grinnell College Libraries will be hosting a free, pre-recorded, Lever Press webinar in the Burling Computing Lab, lower level. The webinar, which originally will be held on Tuesday, October 24, during Open Access Week, will revolve around the open access monograph. To learn more about these and other OA publishing models, come watch the panel that Lever Press has put together. Members of the panel will include:
- Wendy Pradt Lougee, University Librarian and McKnight Presidential Professor, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, discussing the AAUP Open Access Monograph Publishing Initiative
- Charles Watkinson, Associate University Librarian for Publishing, University of Michigan Library, and Director, University of Michigan Press, discussing Lever Press and Knowledge Unlatched (both of which Grinnell College is involved in)
- Erich van Rijn, Assistant Director, Director of Publishing Operations at University of California Press, discussing Luminos
