Presidential Search Update: Position Profile Approved
To the Grinnell Community,
The Grinnell Presidential Search Committee is continuing its work to select the College's next leader. The committee recently met to review and approve the position profile drafted in consultation with the Isaacson, Miller team. The document synthesizes the themes heard during Isaacson, Miller's visit to campus last month and also incorporates feedback from conversations with alumni and other off-campus constituencies.
The final document details the strong position of the College as well as the central work that will be required of the next president. The document is publicly available on Grinnell's Presidential Search website as well as Isaacson, Miller's website, and it will be shared broadly with potential candidates.
As the process moves forward, the committee will begin reviewing possible candidates' profiles. While the review portion of the process is confidential, we remain deeply interested in hearing from you.
