Robert Jensen Economics Research Talk

Professor Rob Jensen (Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania) will be visiting Grinnell Nov. 1–2. There are two public events scheduled over his visit. On Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 4:30, Jensen will present his research “Information, Demand, and the Growth of Firms: Evidence from a Natural Experiment in India.” On Thursday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m., Jensen will give the Scholar's Convocation. His talk will explore the role of social pressure by looking at experimental evidence of student participation in SAT prep courses among high school students.
