Temporary Online Access to Print Books

Burling and Kistle may be closed, but Grinnell College Libraries are now able to provide digital access to roughly half of our print collection, thanks to the HathiTrust Emergency Temporary Access Service (ETAS). Current Grinnell College students, faculty, and staff can discover these in-copyright books in Primo, our online catalog, and read them online in the HathiTrust Digital Library. Users also can search for books directly within the HathiTrust database, which contains 6.7 million freely available public domain items in addition to our ETAS books.
