Thomas Rayfiel '80
Thomas Rayfiel '80, the author of six novels, returns to campus for the Writers@Grinnell creative writing series.

He will present two events on Thursday, Sept. 18:

  • Roundtable, 4:15 p.m., Rosenfield Center, Room 209
  • Reading, 8 p.m., Rosenfield Center, Room 101

Both events are free and open to the public.

Bookforum described Rayfiel's most recent book, In Pinelight, as "one of this year's hidden gems." Rayfiel lives in Brooklyn, N.Y., with his wife, Claire Weissberg '82, a potter.
