Cooperative Programs Leading to Professional Degrees

A liberal arts education is the bedrock of the Grinnell experience, but Grinnell can also pave the way for your professional school goals. If you plan to pursue engineering, law, medicine, dentistry, or another professional field, you may be eligible to attend one of several cooperating professional schools after just three years (92 credit hours) at Grinnell. If you meet Grinnell’s graduation requirements after one year at the cooperating institution, you will be awarded your Grinnell B.A. degree as well as your professional degree upon completing that institution’s program.
