Lounges
Dibble Hall has one beautiful lounge located on the first floor and a small seating area on the third floor. The first floor lounge is equipped with a large TV, comfortable seating, and several tables to use for studying. It is also conveniently located next to the kitchen.
Kitchens
Dibble has one kitchen on the first floor with a refrigerator, stove/oven, sink, and microwave. This is a great space to cook a meal together. The kitchen is located next to a large lounge.
Storage
Storage is available in the form of a trunk room located in the basement of Clark Hall. Please contact C&K or the Department of Residence Life for inquiries.
Bathrooms
Dibble Annex offers one gender-inclusive shower/restroom. The second and third floors each have two gender-inclusive restrooms with showers.
Laundry
Residents can use laundry facilities located in the basement. Dibble Hall houses eight washing machines and eight dryers.
Computer Lab
Dibble Hall does not contain a computer lab.
Recycling
Recycling bins and trash bins are located on each floor of Dibble Hall.
Air Conditioning and Heating
Dibble Hall offers heating and air conditioning.
Elevators
Elevators are not available in Dibble Hall. All floors are accessible via a central stairwell.
History
Dibble Hall, one of the original men's residence halls built under the guidance of President John H. T. Main, was dedicated in 1921 in honor of LeRoy and Martha Cleveland Dibble ’67. LeRoy and Martha Cleveland Dibble were Kansas City physicians. Dibble is a North Campus residence hall situated between Norris Hall and Clark Hall.
