The Grinnell Pioneers baseball team, a NCAA Division III team, plays on this field at the north end of campus. Renovated in 2009, the Pioneer Park complex includes a dirt warning track, large dugouts, home and visitor bullpens, a double tunnel batting cage, and bleacher seating for all fans. Straightaway centerfield is 400 feet from home plate. One in three Grinnellians play on a NCAA team with Grinnell.
