Allison joined the Grinnell College Libraries in November of 2014. She hires, trains, and supervises Special Collections student workers; processes archival collections; assists students and patrons with archival reference questions; manages the Libraries' social media accounts; digitizes archival materials for inclusion in Digital Grinnell; researches and curates Special Collections displays and exhibits; and participates in the Libraries' Outreach Cluster.

She is currently a member of the Iowa Conservation and Preservation Consortium.

B.A. in History from Simpson College, 2010

MLS with specialization in archives and records management from Indiana University-Bloomington, 2014
