Alexandra "Julia" Petrusan '18

Alexandra "Julia" Petrusan is a senior QuestBridge Scholar majoring in biology and Spanish at Grinnell College.

She worked closely with biology professor Shannon Hinsa-Leasure on a Mentored Advanced Project investigating the ability of copper alloys to reduce the bacterial burden associated with high-touch athletic center equipment. She also serves on the Spanish Department Student Educational Policy Committee.
