Jillian Steelberg

Jillian (she/her) began working at Grinnell College in March 2022. As program coordinator in Academic Advising, she connects students with resources and facilitates programs such as Grinnell Science Project and the second-year program, Level Up.

Before joining the Academic Advising team, she taught preschool and elementary school for about seven years. Jillian grew up in rural New York and lived in Michigan and North Carolina before coming to Iowa in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys birding, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her family and cats.
