Christina Sporer

Administrative Assistant II

Christina Sporer joined Grinnell College in 2022. As an administrative assistant II, she supports various activities for the Office for the Dean of the College. Her primary responsibility is assisting with faculty searches and working with department chairs to recruit highly qualified, diverse, and gifted faculty. She also offers collaborative support for the Office of Corporate, Foundation, and Government Relations.

Sporer holds a B.A. in Cultural/Archaeological Resources from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Grinnell College, Sporer was a senior administrator in senior living care on the east coast. Her experience includes serving as the Marketing Director for Grove Manor Estates, Sales and Marketing Director at The Windrose at Weymouth in Massachusetts, and Director of Marketing and Admissions at Landmark at Fall River.
