Strategic Plan Progress Dashboard

The Strategic Plan Progress dashboard gives our campus community the ability to track the many strategic planning initiatives underway to improve the lived experience of Grinnellians. We invite you to take a closer look at each project and see the progress colleagues across campus are making and to check back at the start of each semester to monitor the ongoing work. 

The circle graphs under each Strategic Planning Theme reflect steps taken and milestones initiatives have reached, while also sharing the distance we must still travel. Some of these projects will be completed over the course of a single year, and others will not be completed for multiple years. These different timeframes are included in the data, so where it may appear that we’ve made little headway in some areas, many of the initiatives have already taken critical, challenging steps forward to lay the foundation for work that will continue through the life of the Strategic Plan.

To use the dashboard, select the initiative you want to learn more about. For additional details, hover your cursor over each initiative’s description.
