Harvest Data

The table below is a summary of the vegetables we have harvested at the garden in the last three years.  Harvesting for 2020 began in late March with a large haul of Jerusalem artichoke tubers that had overwintered in the ground.  In light of the situation with COVID-19 we plan to direct most of our 2020 harvest to Mid-Iowa Community Action (MICA) in Grinnell, which operates a food pantry for families in need.
