Late adoptions may be subject to a late fee.
Digital Materials Available to Students: Upon faculty publication of Canvas for each individual course
Print Materials Available to Students: Jan. 17, 2026, Print textbooks will be available for pickup at The Pioneer Bookshop. Students will receive an email if they have any printed textbooks to pick up.
Student Opt Out Deadline: Jan. 30,2026
Dropped Course Material Return**: Feb. 6, 2026
**Physical textbooks obtained for courses dropped by a student before the drop/add deadline must be returned to the Pioneer Bookshop. Non-returned print materials or print materials that do not meet the bookstore return policy will be charged to the student account at the publisher’s listed new book price. Books from a dropped course must be in the same condition as when it was purchased to receive a refund. New books that have been written or highlighted in are not returnable.

First Year Tutorial: Aug. 1, 2025
Newly Hired Faculty: Aug. 10, 2025 (fall), Jan. 10, 2026 (spring)
Late Course Additions: ASAP after course addition
Change in Faculty Assignment: ASAP after assignment change
