Aaron Rossini with Artists Striving to End Poverty (ASTEP) will provide free public workshops throughout Grinnell as a part of "The Artist as Citizen."

Innovative methods on representing and accessing data and knowledge in the study of classics are crucial to its relevance in the modern digital era. This year, the Wilson Center once again sponsored a student to attend Harvard's Information Fluency in Classics Program.

The winners of the Pioneer Weekend Innovation Competition have been announced, with the top three teams winning cash prizes to help kick-start their ideas.

The Clinton Global Health Initiative University (CGI U) conference brings students, faculty members, and thought leaders together to discuss innovative solutions to global issues ranging from education to poverty alleviation.

At Pioneer Weekend, Nov. 10-12, student innovators will work in teams to complete prototypes of their entrepreneurial ideas and get valuable feedback from experts. Hear their final pitches and find out who wins on Sun., Nov. 12.

A Fabrication Laboratory, also known as a Fab Lab, is a small-scale workshop that provides access to tools for digital fabrication. Sage Kaplan-Goland ’20, a physics major, has been exploring the possibility of incorporating a Fab Lab here at Grinnell.
