Gabriel Espinosa, director of the Latin American Ensemble, has released a new album, “The Brazilian Project.”

Grinnell College and the Grinnell Mutual Group Foundation have announced lead gifts totaling $475,000 in support of the Grinnell-Newburg School Foundation (GNSF) campaign benefiting the new Grinnell-Newburg Elementary School project at Ahrens Park. Grinnell College has pledged $250,000, while the Grinnell Mutual Group Foundation has committed $225,000 to the foundation’s School Facilities Fund, helping advance community efforts to bring the full vision of the new school to life.

Students who have strong ties to their communities received a new scholarship and have found ways to connect here in Grinnell.

Grinnell College student-athletes delivered one of the strongest spring seasons in recent memory, combining conference championships, NCAA Tournament appearances, and historic performances across six programs. From baseball’s first-ever Midwest Conference title to championship runs in track and field, golf, and tennis, the Pioneers capped off the year with momentum and milestones.
