Andrés Chang ’05

Andrés is a Senior Cyber Risk Consultant with Deloitte & Touche LLP, supporting customers' IT Strategy and Governance initiatives.  His core competencies include IT: Process Improvement, Risk Management, Policy Formulation, while maintaining a broad interest in the enterprise IT space.  Andrés has been an IT consultant in the Federal sector since 2009 supporting various civilian government agencies, and worked in IT Operations between 2006 and 2009.  His foundation for IT work began at Grinnell College as a Technology Consultant where he worked from 2001 to 2005, as a computer lab TC, Helpdesk TC, and a Technology Consultant Supervisor.  Andrés considers his work as a TC at Grinnell to have formatively impacted his career.

 

In his spare time he enjoys travel, long philosophical and political discussions, cooking, cycling, photography, and keeping busy in DC's bustling social, and cultural scene. 

 

In December of 2014 Andrés created an endowed scholarship for Grinnell College students from global backgrounds, and he remains passionate about maintaining a global perspective.
