Thank you for your interest in contributing to the spring 2025 edition of MOSAIC!
To contribute:
- Complete a short interest form as late as Saturday, Nov. 16.
- Outline a draft of your submission by Sunday, Dec. 1.
- Submit your final draft by Saturday, Jan. 25, and we will get back to you with any edits.
Printing and distribution will take place in April and May. You can reach out to the MOSAIC editor to brainstorm or ask questions via email or schedule an appointment.
Guidelines
Below are a few suggestions to assist you as you begin working on your piece.
General
- Please suggest a title for your piece.
- Please include the author’s name, class year, and home country or professional title.
- Please be considerate of the diversity of our readers. We invite critical inquiry but not destructive messages toward/about others.
- The MOSAIC editor will review/revise submissions prior to publishing and we will contact you for approval for any changes made.
Writing
- Submissions can take the form of a narrative (reflective, informative, or otherwise), poem, musing, illustration, or photo.
- All written pieces (poems, essays, musings, etc.) should be submitted as a Word document (.doc or .docx).
Images
- All images should be high resolution (300 PPI or more) and in .jpg or .png format.
- Please send your images via email or upload them through the final submission form.
- For each image, please include a short caption describing the image.
