Center for the Humanities

The Center for the Humanities actively supports various learning communities on and off campus. We co-sponsor interdepartmental programming; we offer a variety of grants to support student, staff, and faculty research; we provide resources on behalf of humanistic inquiry across the divisions; we organize timely conversations designed to explore social justice issues; and we partner with community organizations in support of literacy and diversity education. We are currently engaged in an intersectional exploration of climate change, Indigenous knowledge, and the liberal arts. Please reach out to us if you’d like to know more about the various opportunities we offer.
