Check out a new feature in the Magic Box on Burling first floor! On display now are three special editions of Walt Whitman’s Leaves of Grass.

The library has migrated from our past software ILLIad to OCLC’s cloud-based software, Tipasa. You may not even notice the difference, but the change will help the library serve users into the future.

To support alumni’s lifelong learning endeavors, the Grinnell College Libraries and Office of Development and Alumni Relations are pleased to provide alumni with access to a range of academic databases.

An exhibit celebrating the 175th anniversary of Grinnell College is now on display in the lower level of Burling Library. Student workers in Special Collections and Archives curated the exhibit, which spans seven display cases and includes documents and artifacts from the College’s history.

Grinnell students, faculty, and staff have access to the extensive primary source collections of the Center for Research Libraries (CRL), an international consortium of university, college, and independent research libraries.

The MLA Citation, the Association’s tribute for lifetime achievement, is awarded in recognition of distinguished service to music librarianship over a career.
