Trustees, faculty, staff, alumni, students and community members were invited to celebrate the new and renovated spaces, which support teaching, learning, and collaboration. The event included tours of the building, a formal dedication, and an all-campus luncheon on Kington Plaza.

Seven works have been selected for 2022-23. In-person attendance is limited to 12 individuals per session; advance registration is required and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The book will be provided to participants who do not own a copy. All discussions for registered participants will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Nollen 1 conference room.

Grinnell College will welcome one of its most diverse, highly-qualified classes in history. This fall, the incoming first-year class of 441 new students will join an already outstanding student body attracted by the College’s outstanding academic reputation, individually advised curriculum, and opportunities to gain knowledge and experience both in and outside of the classroom.
The Grinnell College Innovation Fund was created in 2012 to spur innovative ways of teaching and learning at the College through planning and pilot projects. Since its launch, the fund has provided support for promising ideas proposed by faculty, staff, and students for new approaches to teaching and scholarship, as well as student-initiated proposals that enrich campus life and learning in innovative ways.
