Kylie Snell ’26 spent the summer as a market research intern for the Walt Disney Corporation, learning how the magic is made at one of the most recognizable companies in the world.

The Rosenfield Program in Public Affairs, International Relations, and Human Rights prepares students for a life of civic engagement by connecting the Grinnell community to the social and political issues facing the world beyond campus.

Beginning in fall 2026, newly admitted students who meet the requirements will receive the Iowa Dean’s Scholarship, which provides a renewable $50,000 annual merit-based award for all admitted residents and high school graduates from Iowa who have attained a 4.0+ weighted GPA in core academic classes or have succeeded in the most demanding curriculum offered by their schools. 

After careful review, the Board of Trustees has approved an overall 2.5% increase to the total comprehensive fee for the 2026-27 academic year. This is the lowest annual increase in the comprehensive fee since the College began keeping records 67 years ago, and lower than the current 3% rate of inflation, as measured by the U.S. Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Nine Grinnell College senior women were recognized at the Ladies Education Society (LES) Annual Fall Tea held at the President’s house on Oct. 15, 2025. Founded in 1862, the society annually awards scholarships.
