Mindfulness: Research shows that there are numerous benefits to being present and living in the "now," such as stress reduction, increased focus, improved memory, and a greater sense of well-being. Learn how to engage in mindfulness and practice techniques at this weekly 30-minute gathering led by Paul Valencic, staff counselor at Student Health and Counseling Services. Midday Mindfulness will take place weekly on Wednesdays from 12:15-12:45 p.m. in the Rosenfield Center, Room 200C throughout the semester.
