Chemistry students hold annual poster session to wrap up their summer research projects.

Students doing summer research in the department of chemistry have lots of opportunities to feel a sense of community.

35 students are working with eleven chemistry faculty mentors an a variety of projects.

In summer immersion programs, Hannah Hwang ’18 will study Korean in South Korea; Emily Howe ’16 will study Swahili in Tanzania.


Nina Galanter ’18 has been named a 2017 Barry Goldwater Scholar and Minu Bidzimou ’18 has received a 2017 Honorable Mention.
