Grief Drop-In Support Space
The Center for Religion, Spirituality, and Social Justice (CRSSJ) and SHAW will hold a supportive space for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one such as a parent, family member, partner, friend, or peer. This weekly event will provide a healing space for those who have experienced a significant loss and wish to connect with a community of grievers. This group supports connection, the exploration of feelings connected to loss, as well as the reflection on grief's continued impact on day-to-day life. This space is not a replacement for therapy or psychiatric care. Feel free to ask for referrals if needed. No registration required.
Location: CRSSJ Garage, 913 Eighth Ave.
When: Thursdays noon-12:50 p.m. Light sandwiches will be provided.
