For students who apply Early Decision, the five-year average admission rate is 58%. For students who apply Regular Decision, the five-year average admission rate is 21%.

Students can apply using the Common Application (or QuestBridge, for those who qualify).
How much will Grinnell charge?

Financial aid?Grinnell is the highest-ranking college or university that offers merit aid to more than just a handful of students. We practice need-blind admission for domestic students and U.S. permanent residents, and we are committed to meeting 100% of demonstrated financial need for all admitted students. We also offer a generous merit aid program, with scholarships starting at $12,000 per year.
