Statement of Direction and Intent

The strategic choices of 2026-30 will advance and accelerate Grinnell’s highest aspirations for academic well-being and community. The work we undertake together will steward resources and foster ideas that elevate and sustain the College as a place that is competitively sought after for its academic excellence and its deep and lasting commitments to diversity, social responsibility, and global perspectives. We engage in this work with resolve and generosity, intent on building the conditions and spaces for exceptional belonging and achievement, so that we may fulfill the call of our mission and values to serve the common good.
