Staff Equity Outcomes
Staff members that intersect and engage with Staff Equity will be able to:
- Confidently and compliantly engage in the behavioral interview process as a member of a hiring committee.
- Be an effective equity advocate to staff searches as needed.
- Feel supported as a hiring manager throughout the hiring journey in finding a candidate who best meets the needs of the role they are filling.
- Have confidence in the recruitment strategy that is created with ODEI and the hiring manager.
- Create an employee resource group (ERG) to support their identity and build community.
